The Best and Simplest Way to Fight Global Poverty: Giving Cash to Poor People

Is this enough evidence to dismantle the welfare bureaucracy around tribal governments and ANCSA Corporations and give cash and resources directly to the people? Probably not; too many cushy jobs are at stake for middle class bureaucrats and paper pushers (like myself!)
